Hi, I’m Korynn—
I am an interdisciplinary artist and professional architect. Holding a Master of Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and working in sustainable architecture and construction, I bring an architectural lens to questions of environmental change and material agency. Through drawing, sculpture, and installation, I investigate how materials behave and transform in environments over time.
How I Approach Work
My studio practice extends architectural thinking beyond the building. Through drawing, sculpture, and installation, I investigate how materials record environmental and structural change over time. Rather than designing permanent structures, I examine the systems that make permanence possible — and unstable.
In a culture oscillating between ecological optimism and collapse, my work offers continuity through sustained material attention.
